Guests arriving at Istanbul Airport will be greeted by our university’s driver and taken to the hotel. To facilitate communication at the airport, please provide us with your mobile phone number. The airport is very large, so it will be difficult to meet without a phone. The driver’s contact details will be shared with you.
Access to the conference hall is very convenient via the M4 metro line, as our campus is located very close to this line. You can easily reach the venue by metro or public transport. If you are coming by the M4 metro line, you will need to get off at the Yayalar-Şeyhli station. Once you exit the metro, you will see Gedik University Vocational School on your left. Simply walk towards the school.
You can reach the conference hall easily using the metro or public transport.
