Undergraduate Project Competition
The only valid method for submitting applications for the project competition is to send them to the email address specified on the congress website (nororehabilitasyon@gedik.edu.tr).
Application Conditions for the Undergraduate Project Competition
- Projects must have been completed or be ongoing within the last two years. Projects that are still in the idea phase will not be accepted.
- Applicants must be undergraduate students in the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation program.
- At the time of application, all students and faculty advisors involved in the project must provide their full names and email addresses in the submission email. This email address will be used for all necessary notifications, including acceptance confirmation.
- If the project has received support from an official institution/organization, proof of support must be provided.
- For accepted projects to be presented at the congress, the author must have registered for the congress.
- When applying for the project competition, the subject line of the email must include “Undergraduate Project Competition“. Applications submitted without this phrase will not be considered.
- The acceptance of submitted projects will be determined by the Scientific Committee based on a blind review process. The acceptance status of the projects will be communicated to the responsible student via email.
- Accepted undergraduate projects will be presented by the applicant in the ‘Best Undergraduate Project’ session at the congress, where they will be evaluated and voted on by reviewers and participants. The winners of the competition will be determined based on the votes of the evaluators and participants and will be announced at the end of the relevant session.
